Mohan has been a deacon for 20 years. He was born in Kenya, but his background is Indian and was brought up in Jainism. He became a follower of Jesus 40 years ago and is married to Annette.

He has worked for the shoe industry, the police and social services. He loves walking, meeting people from other countries and Leicester Tigers.​​
